One detached and two semi-detached houses have been demolished.

Construction commenced in summer 2011 on four 4/5 bedroom detatched houses on the site.

The original proposal was to erect 11 new dwellings, mainly three story properties with access way, garages and parking spaces. Developer was Piper Homes. Work had not started by May 2008 and Piper ceased trading by November 2008. Prices were estimated as from £345,000.
