The Red House Park is home to a number of sports.

Football

Each weekend a number of teams play Football in the park.

Tennis

The Tennis Courts were refurbished and are now very popular in the summertime.

Bowling

There is a bowling green but this has not been used for some time. Plans were announced in 2015 for the green to be brought back into use.

Golf

A 1937 map of the area shows Red House Park with a members golf club.

While many people seem to have some recollections of golf we have no details of where this was played in the park. Please let me have any information about the Golf Course which was operated in the park.
